The Best Omelette Recipe – Feta Cheese & Sausage

This morning we started off our new year with a healthy breakfast. I have tried a lot of different omelette recipes but this is by far my favorite. It is simple, healthy and extremely delicious!

         Ingredients :

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • pink Himalayan salt & ground black pepper, to taste
  • 3/4 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 handful of fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of feta cheese
  • 1 slice of all natural pork sausage



First, cook the sausage on medium-low heat in a non stick skillet. Crumble and set aside.

Add olive oil to the skillet that your omelette will be prepared in. Make sure it is on a medium-low heat setting.

Whisk your two large eggs and chia seeds in a bowl. Salt and pepper to taste.

Pour your egg mixture into the skillet. Once the egg sets on the bottom, add the feta cheese, crumbled sausage and spinach (in this order) to half of the omelette.

Once the egg has set completely, fold the portion that has no ingredients over. Flip. Cook for 1 minute and done!
