Almond Joy Cookies Recipe – Simple & Delicious

Yesterday was National Homemade Cookie day and I have the best recipe for you guys! If you love almond joy bars then this recipe will not disappoint. Not only does this recipe only call for four ingredients but it is easy and delicious. Let me know what your favorite cookie recipes are in the comments below.

1/2 cup sliced almonds

1 cup unsweetened condensed milk

1 cup Lily’s dark chocolate stevia sweetened chocolate chips

1 1/2 cup shredded coconut

First, preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Take the coconut, almonds and chocolate chips and mix them together in a bowl. Then add the condensed milk and stir.

Scoop the mixture using either a spoon or ice cream scoop. Beware this will get pretty messy. Make sure to lightly press down on the top of each cookie before inserting it into the oven.

Bake for 15 minutes and then place in the freezer for up to 30 minutes. This helps the cookies to not fall apart after taking them out of the oven. I let mine set for roughly 15 minutes but that is just my personal preference.
