Vanilla Latte – Ninja Coffee Bar Recipe

For Christmas this year, Matthew and I purchased a Ninja Coffee Bar. (I will be doing a full review for you guys but I have yet to use all of the settings.) The only downside to the Ninja Coffee Bar is that it lacks the capabilities of making espresso. However, we have really enjoyed our coffee and I am starting to mess around with the specialty brews.

One of my favorite go to drinks is a vanilla latte. It is classic and so simple to make. So I thought it would be the perfect recipe to share with those of you who may be interested in purchasing a Ninja Coffee Bar. Let me know what you think!

2 Ninja Big Scoops or 4 Tablespoons Ground Coffee – We use Peet’s Major Dickason’s.

2 Tablespoons of Vanilla Syrup – I prefer sugar free.

3/4 Cup Milk

The first mistake I made was not getting clear mugs that were large enough for this recipe. If you are wanting the latte to be in a glass mug make sure to purchase a larger size. Most people don’t care and usually I would just use a regular mug, however I wanted you guys to see how pretty this drink turns out.

The second mistake I made was not warming the milk long enough. The last thing you want is cold coffee!

Scoop your coffee into the filter and begin warming the water by turning on your Ninja Coffee Bar.

Add your vanilla syrup to a mug and press 4oz specialty brew.

While your coffee is pouring, warm your milk.

Once milk is warm, use the frother for thirty seconds and then pour over coffee.

It is so simple and quite delicious! If you have a way of making espresso then you can add it in as well. Personally, I believe the specialty brew gives my coffee just as rich and as bold of a taste so I do not feel it needs it. Let me know what your favorite drink recipes are!
